Position: Senior Technical Advisor, Key Populations

Reports to: Stop GBV Now Chief of Party and FHI 360 Country Representative

We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Technical Advisor, Key Populations for the Stop GBV Now Project Office, Ndola.
Basic function
The STA KP will directly support the COP in the design, roll-out and day-to-day management and implementation of project strategies focused on prevention and response to GBV among key populations as well as broad based systems strengthening activities. The position holder will support the COP to lead, manage, and oversee the KP component for the Stop GBV Now project, including on KP-related capacity building activities. The STA KP will be accountable for achieving all the KP-related intermediate results of the Stop GBV Now project. The position holder will supervise technical and programmatic staff and ensure that these teams build on current systems for efficient implementation. The STA KP will contribute to and ensure KP elements are adequately captured in work planning, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes. The position holder will participate in review meetings with project staff, stakeholders, and donor as well as attend technical working group meetings. This position reports within the project to the Chief of Party and administratively to the FHI 360 Country Representative.
