About the job

Based in Yeovilton, UK you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will support the installation, protection, operation, maintenance and support of assigned CIS systems. You will be involved in a diverse range of activities such as workstation image developing and deployment, network address assignment, endpoint security, networked software deployment and incident management. About you

We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Technician (Information Systems Administration) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.

We seek the following experience and expertise:

•    Advanced proficiency in McAfee (Trellix) ePolicy Orchestrator and its agents
•    Strong experience in preparing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Windows OS images using SCCM or MECM
•    Experience managing Microsoft DHCP
•    Managing and maintaining server data backup solutions

Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
