Based in Brussels, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will join CSU Brussels – the leading technology service provider for NATO Headquarters. You will be responsible for providing level 1 & level 2 support of end-user ICT assets and record your work in Service Management systems. You will also document cause of failure, update configuration control records and asset management records. Finally, you will conduct equipment testing to and from the supply line, document serviceability status, and initiate Technical Assessment Reports.

About you
We’re looking for a talented and knowledgeable Senior Technician (Technical Support) with ideally higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience, or a secondary educational qualification with at least 4 years post-related experience.
We seek your experience and expertise in:
• Using ITSM tools such as BMC Remedy;
• The installation and maintenance of mobile computing solutions (e.g. VPN access, Notebooks, Remote Access and WLAN);
• Troubleshooting the latest versions of MS Windows client side operating systems and common desktop applications.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
