Location: Home based with at least 2 visits to the office per month (9 Village Way, Greenmeadow Springs Business Park, Tongwynlais, CF15 7NE)
Salary: £6801.60 per annum for 12 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract until 31st January 2024, with a possibility of an extension.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our Health and Local Crisis Response team as a Service Administrative Assistant.
The Health and Local Crisis Response team supports people in the space between hospital and home and responds to the needs of people in crisis following an emergency, maintaining an extensive network of external relationships across health, social care, and emergency services.
A day in the life of a Service Administrative Assistant will involve:
Assisting the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions to the area that is managed and delivered in accordance with both the needs of the area and corporate requirements.
Responding to incoming enquiries from healthcare professionals and members of the public over phone and by email.
Dealing sensitively with people in a sensitive yet professional manner.
Using IT systems and databases in your role and produce well written letters and emails.
To be a successful Service Admin Assistant, you’ll need:
Positive, passionate, and enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Confident in using telephone systems, Microsoft packages & Outlook with the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint applications.
General administrative duties; incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone, and scanning, filing, meeting, and greeting customers.
Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional, and confidential manner both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work accurately, check documentation for accuracy.
