Job Location: Parker Court, Staffordshire Technology Park, Stafford ST18 0WP
Hours: 30 per week
Salary: £23,745 based on 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term to July 2024
Could you make an important contribution to a vital service which positively improves the lives of people affected by a lack of mobility?
Our Mobility Aids Service (MAS) provides a range of standard wheelchairs and mobility equipment to people who need them within the local community.
A day in the life of a Service Delivery Coordinator:
The Service Delivery Coordinator is at the heart of our Mobility Aids Service. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of various Mobility Aids units within your area, travelling between the sites. You’ll direct line manage a team of staff and volunteers and be responsible for ongoing recruitment, training, supervision, and support. You’ll be responsible for record maintenance, rosters and delivery schedules. With such a varied workload and travel between spokes, each day will bring something different.
To be a successful Service Delivery Coordinator:
You have experience leading a team and can promote team building.
You have good interpersonal and communication skills and can provide excellent customer service.
You will be confident liaising with external bodies and other stakeholders.
You will be able to keep to planned timescales and budgets for projects.
You are IT literate with Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn an online stock management system.
You have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (if required) to travel to other spokes in the area.
