Context

UNFPA Iraq is seeking four skilled online volunteers to support its communications efforts for International Women’s Day. Volunteers will assist in creating engaging and impactful social media content that highlights UNFPA’s initiatives in advancing gender equality and women’s rights in Iraq. By joining this assignment, volunteers will contribute to raising awareness, enhancing brand visibility, and increasing audience engagement across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. Volunteers will work closely with UNFPA’s Communications team and receive a certificate of appreciation from UNV upon completion.

Task Description

Under the supervision of UNFPA Iraq’s Communications team, the four online volunteers will: Develop a content calendar based on materials provided by UNFPA. Each volunteer to design 4 social media posts (text, images, videos, and infographics) that align with UNFPA’s messaging. Ensure content follows UNFPA’s brand guidelines and is tailored for different platforms. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize engagement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical guidelines. Final Deliverables: – 16 professionally designed visuals for the UNFPA’s social media. – 4 Reels (One from each volunteer) – High-quality content delivered on time and in line with UNFPA’s objectives.
