Major Function
The Stewardship Coordinator supports the Donor Communications and Stewardship team’s stewardship communications and recognition efforts for high-value donors and prospects to deepen engagement and commitment to World Wildlife Fund. The Stewardship Coordinator is part of a 10-person team whose goal is to develop and implement comprehensive and robust stewardship and recognition programs for all donors. The Coordinator maintains the required processes, systems, and tools to track, manage, and systematize donor stewardship programs and the creation of high-quality and engaging donor materials and activities including donor acknowledgement letters and bespoke donor recognition opportunities.
Tracking activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system;
Creating timelines for production and reviews;
Tracking material reviews and approvals;
Fulfilling bespoke recognition requests, including coordinating with outside vendors, as needed; and
Supporting the creation of stewardship collateral and other digital content such as holiday cards, donor reports, and e-newsletters.
