FHI 360 has an exciting internship opportunity for a student interested in growing their skills within the international development sector. Under close supervision, Interns at FHI 360 perform entry level professional duties which provide the opportunity for professional training in various functional areas throughout the organization. Internship assignments serve to offer practical experience and broad exposure to a global nonprofit development organization.
This Intern will serve in the Strategy, Innovation, and Evidence Office, which is one of two offices housed directly within the Office of the CEO. We lead strategy development, and we advance innovation, measurement, evidence, and organizational learning to achieve FHI 360’s strategic ambition. Led by the Head of Strategy and Principal Economist, our team includes multiple Senior Advisors, a Strategy Manager, and a Communications Specialist.

This includes developing metrics and processes for tracking company performance and impact against the current strategy and deepening our understanding of thematic priority areas. The intern will support these activities by contributing research and analysis. Work will cover themes related to social cohesion, global inequality, health threats, and crises as well as the future of the development industry.
