Location: Hybrid or office-based at World Vision UK headquarters in Milton Keynes/London Hub
Salary: £21,590 plus a good range of benefits
Contract: Permanent – Full Time
Job Purpose
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individuals to join our exceptional Supporter Care team. This role delivers high quality supporter care to World Vision supporters, and especially child sponsors. The successful candidate will use their excellent communication skills and proactivity to handle all interactions with supporters, including sensitive calls and responding to supporter complaints, using all channels including telephone, email, and post using the highest standards of customer service.
The ideal candidate will ideally have experience in a customer service role or in sales and marketing.
