Contribute to our organisational capability and efficiency by providing a high level of administration support across the Supporter Engagement Department and our Retail Network.

Where you come in:

In this full-time permanent position, based in Carlton you will provide administrative support to both the Executive Director of Supporter Engagement and National Retail Operations Manager. This role assists to ensure the smooth running and effectiveness of the Supporter Engagement department which spans six teams including: Fundraising, Corporate Partnerships, Philanthropy, Retail, Marketing and Data & Analytics.

You will make an impact by:

  • Providing effective diary management and associated activities for the Director of Supporter Engagement
  • Producing internal communications on behalf of the Director of Supporter Engagement
  • Preparation, coordination and control of meetings, agendas, minutes, and action items for the Supporter Engagement Leadership Team (SELT) and National Retail Team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the Retail team, the Director of Supporter Engagement and the Supporter Engagement Leadership Team.
  • Providing support in coordinating and implementing procedural changes across the retail department
  • Support and contribute to the development of written communications, regular operations updates, and other internal collateral for the National Retail Team

This role requires:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator or Coodinator
  • High quality customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport and strong relationships
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with a diverse range of people and stakeholders
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Highly developed computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, online meetings, word processing, spreadsheets, databases)
