The Opportunity:
As the HR Manager for Syria, you will play a pivotal role in driving our humanitarian efforts by ensuring our human resources management strategy and functions are carried out effectively across the region. Reporting to the Country Director and working as part of the senior management team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities
· Previous HR strategic experience in the Middle East region
· Minimum of 5 years in the NGO sector
· Proven experience in developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and compliant with local labour law
· Ability to navigate challenging and complex situations in a conflict-related region
· Willingness to travel, sometimes at short notice, as required for the successful implementation of the role
· Fluency in written and spoken English, proficiency in Arabic is an asset
