Job Title: System and Reporting Analyst (Eploy)
Job Location: UK Flexible
Salary: £30,000 based on 35 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent

Good recruitment needs good data. Without data we wouldn’t know which job boards perform the best. We wouldn’t know where we should spend money advertising. We wouldn’t know how effective our recruitment processes and policies are. Good data helps us make good decisions.

That’s where you come in.

Your analytical experience producing and analysing data will help the British Red Cross make great decisions. Your technical experience will help us ensure the candidate management system, Eploy, is professionally managed and our workflows and processes are effective and fit for purpose. You’ll not only analyse our data, but you’ll also manage the system that creates it.

The impact of this role is, ironically, immeasurable. Your time, experience and knowledge will help ensure we have the staff we need, where we need them, when we need them. Your experience will mean that people that use the British Red Cross services will have a positive experience, and we can ensure we are making cost effective recruitment decisions to make donations go further.

A day in the life of a System & Reporting Analyst will involve:

Recruitment Data – You’ll create reports, analyse data, and audit the data that we currently have focusing on recruitment so we can make effective decisions.
System management – You’ll ensure the recruitment system, Eploy, is managed and configured so that recruiters, hiring managers and candidates have a positive user experience.
Training and Support – You’ll ensure users understand how to use the system.
Process improvement – You’ll work with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our processes are as effective and efficient as they can be.
When you’re not focusing on Eploy, you’ll have the opportunity to work on our other HR System, ITrent.

To be a successful System and Reporting Analyst, you’ll need:

An understanding of the recruitment industry whether this be through experience as an operational recruiter, or through your support of a recruitment function.
Experience working with high volumes of data, both creating and analysing.
The ability to communicate well with a wide audience, understanding the key drivers for different teams.
Experience of working with candidate management systems (Ideally, Eploy)

In return for your commitment and expertise, you’ll get:

Holidays: 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + option to buy 5 extra days.
Pension scheme: Up to 6% contributory pension.
Flexible working: We do our best to accommodate your preferred work style.
Learning & Development: Wide range of career opportunities + comprehensive learning.
Discounts: Access to Blue Light Discount Card and employee benefits platform.
Wellbeing Support: Access to mental health and wellbeing assistance.
Team Working: Support our mission in a collaborative team.
Cycle2Work: Lease a bicycle through the scheme.
Season ticket loan: Interest-free loan for commuting expenses.

At The British Red Cross, we pride ourselves on our diverse workforce, and ensuring we have an inclusive environment for all our staff and volunteers. We remain committed to ensuring our teams can bring their true selves to work without risk or fear of discrimination. We do this through regular data reporting, and the support of our internal Race and Equality Network (REEN), LGBT+ Network, our Disability and Wellness Network (DAWN), Gender Network, Carers Network and Youth Network.
