Based in Braine l’Alleud, Belgium, you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. You will be responsible for analysing, developing and implementing Service Management workflows based on BMC ITSM, Discovery and Atrium CMDB. You will also analyse user requirements, provide recommendations for procedural or system solutions, create product and design specifications and prepare technical documentation. About you
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable Systems Engineer (IT Service Management) with ideally Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 2 years post-related experience. A different qualification coupled with particularly relevant experience may also be considered.
Extensive experience in IT Service Management based on BMC ITSM Suite and Atrium CMDB and strong experience gathering, preparing, and loading foundation data into BMC ITSM is required.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential.
