You will seek to understand our stakeholders, and deliver quality advice tailored to their situation. You will support and coach managers as part of our fast-paced, high volume, decentralised recruitment model and strive for greater efficiency every day.

Save the Children is no ordinary not-for-profit.

We’re ambitious, creative and outspoken. We stand up for children’s rights. We want all children to be educated, healthy and live a life free from violence. We run programs in Australia and overseas and, if there’s a disaster – like an earthquake, drought or conflict – we are there on the ground.

We have a great office in Carlton close to the city that you can choose to work from, or if another location works better for you that’s also fine. We support all kind of hybrid, remote or other form of flexible working, and encourage you to discuss what works best for you.

You will make an impact by:

  • Coaching Hiring Managers through end-to-end recruitment solutions for our programs work across Australia,

  • Working with Hiring Managers to understand key objectives of their vacancies and establish a critical path for delivery, and
  • Supporting Hiring Managers with proactive sourcing for difficult-to-fill roles; designing and using a range of creative sourcing strategies.
