Overview
World Wildlife Fund (WWF), one of the world’s leading conservation organizations, seeks a Talent Acquisition Intern, Compliance. The intern for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team will support several functions that include general administrative tasks, research initiatives and collaborative talent acquisition projects.
Impact
The Talent Acquisition Intern, Compliance (TAI-Com) will help WWF in its work to help local communities conserve the natural resources they depend upon; transform markets and policies toward sustainability; and protect and restore species and their habitats by contributing to the analysis and creation of essential talent acquisition tools and resources to attract and hire talent to create and support some of the planet’s greatest conservation victories.
Learning Objectives
Through direct experience, the TAI-Com will learn the importance of structured interviews in mitigating potential hiring bias and gain a basic proficiency in developing supporting tools. The TAI-Com will also gain basic understanding of Talent Acquisition policies as they relate to regulatory compliance and sustainably improving the recruiting hiring lifecycle.
