TERMS OF REFERENCE TDY Regional Close Out Coordinator Supervisor : Chief of Party (close collaboration with DCOP and Operations Director) Tasks assigned : – Ensure field presence in Niger during close out period of TerresEauVie – Upon request, support the Burkina Faso team in country – Work closely with COP, DCOP and Operations Director on successful execution of the project closeout plan (including offices handover, administrative requirements, dispatch of assets and equipment, human resources, grants closeout, legal, IT tasks), in compliance with USAID and Winrock requirements – Upon request, representation with GoN, GoBF and USAID during meetings or events – Any other task as assigned by the Supervisor Duration : 1 month, renewable

Qualifications : – Experience with USAID project closeout – At least 5+ years in senior management roles on USAID-funded projects – Familiarity with USAID regulations required – Strong operational background, managing project finances, banking, procurement, HR, and other administrative tasks – Experience working on development projects in the Sahel region – Fluency in French and English, written and oral Winrock is an equal opportunity employer.
