At the heart of our service is the focus on bicultural participation; that in developing effective working partnerships it is a ‘two-way street’. We are committed to co-working arrangements, where our local Aboriginal staff and non-Aboriginal practitioners share a caseload, offering a practice model that respectfully engages clients and provides peer support for the practitioners.

Our people are proudly local, reflective of the communities we serve – in every state and territory, and across regions, remote areas and capital cities.
