In this full time, maximum term role (through to June 2025, with potential for extension) based in Mount Isa, you’ll be a part of our Family and Youth Services team. You’ll report to the Regional Manager, and you will play a key role helping us create lasting change for children and young people.

You will make a difference by:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operational and administrative requirements of the Men’s Behaviour Change and Perpetrator Intervention Programs
  • Travelling to all sites to support the delivery and evaluation of these programs
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met via quality management, reporting, data collection and measuring deliverables

  • You have a degree in a human services field and/or significant equivalent experience
  • You have experience in rural community work
