- Assist with organizing and updating documents on the SPRM SharePoint platform, ensuring the latest materials, market content, and input for continuous improvement are consistently maintained.
- Assist with collecting essential information during grant openings, and with accurately recording and tracking this data in the PISA tab within the ERP system as part of the PISA Standard.
- Assist with the collection of initial plans and ideas (from surveys) generated by project teams regarding the outcomes they intend to report for Outcome Case Reports.
- Assist with preparing, completing, and submitting templates for outcome reporting, ensuring they are uploaded into the reporting tool, displayed on both internal and external results dashboards.
- Maintain and update participant lists for the Regional MEL COP (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Community of Practice), and establish links to SharePoint activities.
- Assist with tracking and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the SPRM Team to ensure goals and objectives are met.
- Support the team with other related tasks as they arise.
- Secondary school education.
- Experience in a similar position and/or in structured contexts.
- Proficiency in MS Office programms.
- Good time management and organizational skills, enabling the coordination and control of several simultaneous and related activities.
- Proven ability to work effectively with other national and cultural backgrounds, and build cross-functional relationships.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
- Be Italian nationals holding a valid passport or identity card.
- Or be EU citizens holding a valid passport or identity card and confirmation of registration from the Registrar’s Office (Anagrafe).
- Or Non – EU citizens holding a valid Italian work permit (permesso di soggiorno per lavoro subordinato).
