Position Overview
The CRM Data Quality Assurance Associate is a short-term role that will support the transition to Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure migrated data is clean and aligned with current coding practices. The primary focus of the role will be to identify, review, and merge duplicate contact records in both systems using both bulk merge tools and manual merge processes. This position will also be responsible for completing other data cleanup tasks as assigned to ensure key data points are accurate and aligned with current data coding practices.
Responsibilities
  • Run reports to identify duplicates in Salesforce and HubSpot and merge in both systems following business rules using both bulk merge tools as well as manual merges. Research and resolve ambiguous matches prior to merging records.
  • Track sources of duplicate records to surface potential configuration changes needed to integrations and data mapping rules.
  • Create and run reports to surface data quality issues and assist with data cleanup projects.
  • Perform other data cleanup tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years high volume data management experience with an enterprise CRM such as Salesforce in a nonprofit setting.
  • Experience using reports and data tools such as Apsona and Data Loader to surface and resolve data quality issues. Experience with HubSpot a plus.
  • Ability to handle all data confidentially with a high level of accuracy and close attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to ask questions and collaborate with team members.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour. The starting salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market for the position, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day, the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
