Position Title: Temporary Gift Processing Assistant
Reports to: Senior Manager, Gift Administration

Position Overview:
The Temporary Gift Processing Assistant supports the Gift Administration team as they process an increased volume of gifts made to Partners In Health (PIH) during the busy fundraising season. The team of 5 full-time staff members is currently processing 270,000+ gifts from 70,000+ unique donors annually. The Temporary Gift Processing Assistant will be assigned with gift entry and donor data upkeep in PIH’s central fundraising database, Salesforce. Prior experience in data entry is strongly preferred.
This role is primarily remote but required to be in the Boston area to serve as backup for in-office tasks for the Coordinator, Gift Administration and may be asked to go into the office 1-2 days a week during our busy season.
The salary for this position is $22/hour and work expectation is five days per week, 9am-5pm EST from September 2023 – January 2024, with extension possible.
