Position Title: Temporary Supporter Services/Gift Processing Assistant
Reports to: Manager of Community Giving
Location: Employees in this role can work from our Boston, MA office, remotely within the U.S. or a hybrid of these two options.

Position Overview:
The Temporary Supporter Services/Gift Processing Assistant supports the Annual Giving and Gift Administration teams as they process an increased volume of donor support requests and gifts during the busy fundraising season. The Temporary Supporter Services/Gift Processing Assistant will be tasked with responding to incoming donor inquiries to ensure timely resolution of service requests. Additionally, the Assistant will be assigned with gift entry and donor data upkeep in Partners In Health’s (PIH) central fundraising database, Salesforce. Prior experience in data entry is strongly preferred.
Working hours expectation is five days per week, 9am-5pm EST from October 2024 – February 2025, with extension possible based on organizational need.

Pay and Benefits
The pay for this position at commencement of employment is $22.00/hour. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan with employer match, as well as participate in organization-sponsored medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability insurance, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Regular Full time employees will receive 15 days of vacation, 12 sick days, 3 personal days, and 3 volunteer days in addition to paid time off during the week of July 4th, and 11 additional holidays annually.
