Background information:
UNICC requires an experienced Transition & Release Coordinator to provide project coordination support for ongoing and new projects and to coordinate the transition and release management functions for assigned projects. The resource will aid in building, implementing, and supporting best practices to ensure Application Development processes are managed in compliance with UNICC processes, following an Agile mindset.
