Job Description:
- Prepare meal plan and CMAM database tool
- Develop /adoptee indicator performance tracking table(IPTT) output tracker tool for nutrition activates
- Follow and adoptee data collection tools to track change
- Establish baseline figures for each indicator for tracking beneficiary reach
- Follow monitoring tools; joint supportive supervision ,joint monitoring, joint review meeting
- Conduct post distribution monitoring
- Respect the dignity of beneficiaries, caretakers and members of the community at all times.
- Responsible for the day to day coordination and management of outreach workers, crowd controllers, community mobilizers and food disturbers at field level
- Prepare distribution plans, request distribution dispatches and follow up proper storage at FDC level until the distribution.
- Facilitate screening, verify and compile screening data.
- Compile data and information and accordingly report the progress to the senior project officer
- Record, monitoring status data such as weight gains and feeding of children in the program
- Fostering good relationships with community, community elders, community leaders and other health personnel to encourage good information sharing
- Involve in nutrition surveys as well as in other concern task when necessary
- Record and keep admission, discharge and death data to be submitted every two weeks
- Make sure that all equipment and materials kept clean and safe
Collect, compile and share weekly and monthly distribution reports to the TSFP/BSFP Coordinator.
Required Professional Experience
- Minimum three years working experience with NGOs in TSFP/BSFP program Experience in BSFP/TSFP , Food Aid programs or community based nutrition intervention preferably in emergency context Knowledge of latest developments in nutrition and food security Knowledge and practical experience of the national/international Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) protocols and BSFP Programming is an advantage Experience in facilitating trainings and workshops Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification
- BSc degree in Health record and Health information system related health field of study preferred from accredited universities or health colleges
