The incumbent serves as a USAID Development Program Specialist (Budget) in the Program Office (PO) of the USAID/Honduras Mission and supports the formulation and execution of USAID/Honduras’ development assistance budget. S/he performs a broad range of analytical, operational, and informational services in connection with USAID/Honduras’ development and humanitarian assistance program in addition to Washington-managed resources. The DPS (Budget) provides support to all offices on the full range of USAID programs, development assistance policies, and budgeting processes, and furnishes official information to USAID/Washington, the USAID/Honduras Front Office (FO), U.S. Embassy, the Government Honduras (GOH), and other donors on USAID/Honduras policies, development objectives, programs, activities, and resources.
