JOB DETAIL
The incumbent serves as the Procurement Agent in the Executive Office of USAID/Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and works under the supervision of the Supervisory Executive Officer or a Deputy Executive Officer. The incumbent serves as the chief negotiator providing technical and procurement support services to the Mission with simplified acquisition, procurement, and contracting procedures and is responsible for procurement of commodities and services by contract or purchase order mechanism.
