Background:
Following the cooperation and support provided to the Committee for Environmental Protection (CEP) in 2024, the OSCE Programme Office in Dushanbe (POiD) will continue assisting the CEP in developing and disseminating environmental education materials upon request.
Over the years, the POiD has supported the development of informational materials within the framework of the 2021–2025 National Environmental Education Programme for preschool, school and higher education institutions. The distribution of printed materials has significantly contributed to raising awareness of environmental issues in both the regions and Dushanbe. However, to further enhance the impact, it is essential to develop and disseminate visual content.
The Video Producer/Editor will serve as the primary focal point for the project and oversee the content development process. Responsibilities include designing the visual concept and overall aesthetic of the video, collecting necessary footage, editing, incorporating animations, subtitles, voiceovers and background music as needed and delivering the final product in formats suitable for distribution across various platforms (FB, Instagram, X posts and others). Additionally, the Video Producer will coordinate the work of the Content Specialist and report to the project team.
Objective of Assignment:
The objective of this assignment is to create a high-quality informational video clip that effectively communicates key messages on environmental education, particularly for youth.

Remuneration will be based on the selected consultant’s/expert’s qualifications, experience, the tasks and deliverables for this position and in accordance with the OSCE established rates.
