Where you come in:

In this full time, permanent position based in our Malaga office, you will be responsible for ensuring that the stores in the Western Australian network are running efficiently and effectively delivering the required results for Save the Children. You will be an integral part of our Western Australian Retail team and report to our Retail Operations Manager for Western Australia. Daily travel within metropolitan Perth will be required, as well as occasional weekend and evening work.

You will make an impact by:

• Effectively managing profit and loss performance for all stores in your area
• Manage merchandise and stock to maximise sales
• Ensure all operational and safety compliance
• Manage your teams of store volunteers to success
• Train, mentor and induct your team of volunteers
• Support the retail team to achieve goals and deliver maximised profits to Save the Children Australia
