We have an exciting opportunity for someone who has experience in digital product management, strong organisation and time management skills with a track record of being a team player in a dynamic environment.

Where you come in:

In this full-time, permanent position, based in Carlton* you will work on supporting the Save the Children website and bringing creative ideas to the table to improve user experience while achieving income targets. You will be part of our Supporter Engagement department and sit within the digital team and report to our Head of Digital Marketing.

You will make an impact by:

  • Prioritising content and development tasks and delegating as appropriate to the Channel & Content Specialist (Web & Email).
  • Contributing technical and web expertise to a range of organisational projects and initiatives
  • Managing the deployment process, making sure appropriate caution is taken and the relevant people are involved / informed
  • Developing and maintaining an in depth understanding of Save the Children Australia’s custom APIs and technology stack
  • Providing insights and recommendations on website UX
  • Updating and maintaining the CMS

If you have strong project management skill with a background in technology, this role is for you.

This role requires:

  • Significant experience as a digital product owner
  • Understanding of web technology and systems
  • Proven experience working with content management systems (preferably Kentico)
  • Ability to communicate complex and technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
  • Experience supporting websites in large, complex
  • Excellent understanding of UX principles and user centred design
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills
