The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an unlimited contract duration. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany, with the possibility to work remotely up to 80%.

You can convince young people to actively support our society and the concerns of Welthungerhilfe? Then we are looking for you! You will strengthen our engagement team with your experience and motivation. Our common task is to make Welthungerhilfe tangible and to mobilize supporters. As Youth Activation Manager, you will design innovative action formats and implement multi-channel campaigns, both independently and as part of a team. You will inspire young people (<35) with a mixture of “Information, Education & Interaction” and win them over for the causes of Welthungerhilfe.

• Setting strategic impulses: You bring the perspective of young target groups to our strategy in order to win over young people with enthusiasm for the work of Welthungerhilfe.
• Campaigns, that rock!: You design and implement trendy campaigns and action formats that invite young people to get involved – online, offline, everywhere!
• Creative minds ahead: You’re the creative mind behind content that introduces, informs, and moves young people to the world of Welthungerhilfe in exciting ways.
• Building partnerships: You find and win suitable cooperation partners and develop unique action plans with them.
• Using digital know-how: You rely on diverse communication channels and the power of social media to spread our message far and wide.
• Live team spirit: You work hand in hand with other internal teams such as social media, influencer marketing, school cooperation and fundraising – together we rock the mission!
• Face of Welthungerhilfe: You represent our organization e.g. at events or trade fairs – you stand for positive change!
• Numbers under control: You plan smart and keep an eye on the budget, while keeping a close eye on the success of your measures.

• Your qualifications: You have successfully completed your studies or acquired a comparable qualification.
• Implementation champion: You bring experience when it comes to setting up cool campaigns and action formats (online/offline) with your own ideas and as part of a team.
• Digital native: You are really fit in dealing with digital media and know how to use them ideally.
• Project management professional: You have impressive project management skills.
• Creative communicator: Your communication skills are top-notch and you like to let your creativity flow.
• Focus on education: If you have (media) didactic knowledge, that’s a plus!
• Encouragement: With your proactive and winning demeanor, you take people with you and make the team strong.
• Up-to-date: You feel the trends that move young target groups and know how to inspire them.
• Language: Our working languages are German and English. You switch back and forth fluently!
