Generic responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to NRC policies, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
- Implement delegated CC project portfolio according to the plan of action.
- Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing of documents.
- Ensure that projects target beneficiaries most in need and explore and asses new and better ways to assist.
- Promote and share ideas for technical improvement.
Specific responsibilities
These responsibilities shall be adapted to the particularities of the job location and context, phase of operation, strategic focus, and type of program intervention. This section shall be revised whenever a new employee is hired or the context changes significantly.
- Responsible for all workshops’ internal and external communications.
- Conduct meetings with requesters and generate reports that cover the specs, quantity, and all other production-related matters.
- Responsible for workshop management and following up with requesters on all financial-related issues.
- Oversee and support tailoring and general maintenance of raw materials, sampling, and production of delivery.
- Actively identify internal and external opportunities to expand and increase workshop productivity.
- Support the production planning officer in all areas related to pre-production, production, and workflow.
7.Ensure that all inventory records are up to date and provide periodical reports on the stock level as agreed with the PM.
8. Review and approve all pre-production samples including designs, raw materials, and production plans.
9. Ensure that all products are produced and delivered of the best quality and with the minimum waste.
10. Ensure all workshop IBVs are treated fairly and equally.
Critical interfaces
By interfaces, NRC means processes and projects that are interlinked with other departments/units or persons. Relevant interfaces for this position are:
- Relevant core competency implementation staff.
- Support teams, Finance, HR, Admin, and Logistics.
- Communications staff. Scale and scope of the position.
Staff: 1 Officer,Incentive-Based Volunteers Grade E, D, C (6 IBVs+, and 40-60 labors).
Stakeholders: Donors and other partners at the camp’s level.
